Routine, chronic treatment, like asthma medication, is included in every visit at no extra charge. For anything else, such as a new prescription, a contagious condition or post-op care, I'll set up a tailored protocol and pricing with you at the Meet & Greet, with protective gear and hygiene measures where needed.

Every visit ends with a timestamped photo and update from me. No app required, it lands straight in your WhatsApp.

We agree on an access method at the Meet & Greet: your key, a smart lock code, or a concierge handoff, whatever you're comfortable with. Keys are labelled with a code only, never your name or address, and kept securely between visits.

I'll agree on a vet contact and an emergency protocol with you before your first booking, so nothing is improvised if something feels off.

As soon as your travel dates are set, ideally. Slots fill up fast during summer and the winter holidays. That said, I'll always do my best to fit in a last-minute request if I have availability.
